Delivery destinations and charges
Delivery availability and charges depend on the products in your basket and your delivery address. We currently have delivery services configured for the United Kingdom and Ireland, with availability varying by product and region. Enter your full address at checkout to see the options and total delivery charge available for your order before payment.
Different rates apply to samples, coving, ceiling roses and 3D wall panels, acoustic and marble-effect panels, tiles and other products. Orders containing products from different delivery groups may have combined delivery charges or separate shipments. The total is shown at checkout.
International delivery is not free. Any eligible UK free-delivery offer is subject to its conditions and is reflected at checkout; it does not apply to international orders. If no delivery option is available for your address or basket, please contact us before ordering.
Delivery estimates
Depending on the product and destination, our delivery services include UK Standard Delivery (estimated 2–4 working days; separate rates apply to Scotland and Northern Ireland) and International Delivery to Ireland (estimated 2–7 working days). Not every service is available for every product or address. These are delivery-service estimates, not a guarantee of a particular arrival date. Contact us before ordering if you need to confirm availability, preparation time or delivery for a specific date, particularly for a large or personalised order.
Large and long parcels
Coving and other bulky products require suitable packaging and delivery services. Samples and full-size products can have different delivery charges. Please review the complete delivery charge at checkout before placing your order.
Delivery problems
If an order is delayed, arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, email info@worldoflondonltd.co.uk with your order number and details. Photographs of damage and packaging can help us investigate. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
